My gr, gr, gr, gr-parents were Ammund Ammundsen (Brenden-from the Braenden farm) and Anne Knudsdatter, born in the late 1700's in Norway. They had five children: Amund, Knud, Anders, Rannaug and Marie. At least four of these immigrated to MN and ND between 1866 and 1882. I am looking for info/descendants of Anders, Rannaug, and Marie (who married Paul Simonson). The Simonsons lived in Starbuck, MN, and had six children: Anna (married Jacob Harvey), Peter, Albert, Edwin, Marie, and Clara. Please email me at writingprose@hotmail.com if you can help. Thanks!

There names were Ole Olsen Brenden, born in 1854 and Arnt Olsen Brenden borne in 1858. There home was in Oppdal, S-Trondelag in Norway. I have searched in many years for the couple, but no luck so far. Do you know anything, please tell me.

My Great Grandmother was Marie Berthe Brenden and came to the US in 1885. She had a sister (kari) and 2 brothers. Chris (Kristopher) and Peter. Peter moved to Oregon, Chris was in Towner ND and moved to Canada and Marie and Kari married twin brothers Knut and Ole Olsen and lived in the Killdeer Mountains in ND. Do you have a connection to the Peter Brenden?
