My family is descended from Jean Brevard and
Katherine or Mary McKnitt. They left France
around 1695. Next in line was Zebulon Brevard
and then Zebulon Brevard, Jr., then James,
then James Alexander, and then my grandfather,
David Lafayette Brevard. Anyone who knows any
thing about this lineage, please let me know.
Making a trip to N.C., S.C. Md., this spring
to do research. Anything I should know would
