I am trying to find anyone doing BRIEN family research in Germany. Ernest R. Brien, Sr. came from Germany in the 1850, 1st lived in Chicago till 1870 then moved to Iowa, then Kansas. He had fought in wars in Germany. His father had fought in a Germany/Danish war and recieved a metal. I have a copy of him in his mititary uniform taken in Osnabruck. Any one searching this name in Germany?
