Brier Ancestors in New Orleans, LA
My great-grandfather was Maximillien Brier, born about 1881, married Ida Populus in 1904. I cannot find any records preceding him (e.g. parents, birth place, etc.) Most of my ancestors are from New Orleans, but I would like to know if the Brier's were immigrants from France. If anyone has any information re: Maximillien Brier PLEASE let me know.
