My cousin informed me of your message on ancestry.co.uk. My dad (Vincent Stephenson) born Ryhope, was the nephew of Mary Ann Briggs/Lowton nee Stephenson. I actually recall meeting 'Aunt Mary Ann' when I was very young, when she came back to England from Australia for a holiday.
