Can anyone tell me who William Judson Briscoe born abt 1920 in Oklahoma (maybe) moved to Texas for a while married Josephine Lillian Fogle had a daughter by him in 1958 I believe in Houston. He died around 1963 in Hope Hempstead Ark of a heart attack , does anyone know of or his family history? He was a merchant Marine. Would love to hear from anyone with information. tammyfi4@aol.com
