Louise Broekelman gave birth to a baby boy on 10/07/1068 in Alameda County, CA, and subsequently placed for adoption. He is now seeking information on his birth parents. Louise has a twin sister still living, possibly in Florida. Please reply to this post if you can help locate this family.

MARION: Pamela Sue Hinaman, 63, died Wednesday morning, June 30, 2010, at her home surrounded by her children and grandchildren.

Born August 28, 1946, in Portsmouth, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Harold R. Brisker and Thelma J. (Buckner) Brisker.

Pam graduated from Harding High School and then worked for Dick Granger Realty before becoming a mother. She stayed home to dedicate herself to raising her children and later enjoyed working beside her husband and supporting him in his Nationwide Insurance office.
In years past she was involved in the River Valley Athletic Booster Club, the 4-H program, the Marion County, Ohio Fair Sheep Show, and any sport or event in which her children took place.

More recently, Pam a local cancer support group, and devoted herself to any activity or event in which her grandchildren were involved.
Her battle with breast cancer the past 5 and a half years was truly courageous and she was an inspiration to her family. She and her family found great comfort in the level of care that she received from her medical team, Dr. Kari Kendra and staff at the Arthur G James Cancer Hospital, Columbus, Ohio.
Pam believed strongly in cancer research and participated in two clinical trials, even traveling to MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, TX, to assist in valuable research for breast cancer patients in the future. She fought hard to extend her life to be with her children and grandchildren.

Through the years, Pam was a wonderful caregiver to her parents, sister, children, grandchildren, and other family members and friends. She always had a natural ability to listen, care for those in need.
A dedicated and devoted wife to her late husband of 22 years, mother, and grandmother, she is survived by her son, Adam (Melanie) Fetter; four daughters, Amy (Andrew) Isom, Jenny (Steve) Sutherland, Janel (Levi) Rash, and Jodi (Shawn) Hanes; eight granchildren she adored, Zachary Sparks, Logan Fetter, Lauren Fetter, Hunter Phillips, Morgan Zucker, Riley Rash, Reagan Rash, and Emersyn Isom; four step-granchildren, Rachel Sutherland, Caitlyn Kiger, Brett Kiger, and Grant Kiger; also surviving is her nephew, Michael Bowen.

She was preceeded in death by her loving husband, James Hinaman; her parents, Harold and Thelma Brisker; and her sister, Angela Hopkins.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, the Marion First Church of the Nazarene, or Marion General Hospital Quality of Life Hospice.

Friends and family may call at the Boyd-Born Funeral Home on Monday, July 5, from 4-8 p.m. A celebration of life will be held at the Marion First Church of the Nazarene Tuesday, July 6, at 11 a.m., with Pastor Riley Powell officiating. Burial is in Waldo Cemetery.

Hello, my name is Teresa, I was told that John Brisker was my father. I was born in April of 1966 at Sinai Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. My mother's maiden name was Barbara Jean Lockett. My Grandparents names are Willie and Sallie Lockett. My Grandparents had four children Peggy, Timothy, Barbara and Carrol. They lived in Hamtramck, Michigan for many years. I am searching all leads with the last name of Brisker...I do not know if your Joel Brisker is related to my family or not...for reasons unknown, no one in my family is able to trace any roots past my grandfather...His name was Norman Eugene Brisker m. Emmer Harris from Alabama, whom lived in Alliance Ohio. Louise Brisker, 56, of La Mesa died Nov. 14. She was born in San Diego and worked in the refrigeration business. Survivors include her companion, Nick Busseau; mother, Nancy Broekelman; and sister, Dianne Bouvier.
No services were planned. Donations: UCSD Medical Center, Fund 3574, 200 W. Arbor Drive, San Diego, CA 92103. Arrangements: Simple Tribute Funeral and Cremation Center, El Cajon. Published in the San Diego Union-Tribune on 12/2/2003. (volunteer submission)

Hello, my name is Ralph A. Brisker Jr. My uncle was John, my cousins names are David & Mejohni. I stay in Detroit,
near Hamtramck, where John and my father and my aunt Faye grew up. Faye has a son playing professional basket-
