Charlotte Ann (Brock) Hawley, 74, Miller's Merry Manor North, died at 10:25 pm Saturday, May 30, 2009, at Miller's North.

She was born Sept. 2, 1934, in Peru, the daughter of Christopher I. and Ethel (Lamb) Brock Sr.

Survivors include her children, Cathy (Bill) Wood, Wabash, Carol (Lonnie) Dennison, Wabash, Christie (Larry) Hodson, Wabash, Charles (Angi) Douglass, Wabash, David (Kelly) Douglass, Bunker Hill, Karen Music, Wheatfield, Jerri Ann (Joel) McLean, Wabash, and Patty (Casey) Jones, Peru; a brother, Daniel (Inez) Brock, Kentucky; a sister-in-law, Peggy Brock, Wabash; two close family friends, Shari Douglass and Pam Douglass-Williams; 29 grandchildren and 19 great-granchildren.

Her parents, a brother, Christopher I. Brock Jr., and three great-granchildren preceded her in death.

Charlotte was a 1952 graduate of Peru High School. She retired from Rolling Meadows Healthcare Center where she was a CNA. She enjoyed painting and embroidering.

Funeral services will be at 10 am Thursday at McDonald Funeral Home, 231 Falls Ave., Wabash.

Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery, Peru

Friends may call from 2 to 8 pm Wednesday at the funeral home.
