Dorothy V. Suchy Brocki, age 91, formerly of Erie,pa,
died Sunday, July 12, 2009 in Spring Hill, Florida. Born in Erie on March 21, 1918, she was a daughter of the late Michael and JoAnna (Ankiel) Suchy. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a sister, Josephine Adams and two brothers, Walter and Leo Suchy. Survivors include two sons, Stanley D. Brocki, wife Eleanor, and David M. Brocki, all of Spring Hill, Fla.; a daughter, Maureen Mohney, husband Charles, of Webster, N.Y.; six grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; and a sister, Clara Csernik, of Brandon, Fla. Friends may call Thursday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Brugger Home for Funerals, 1595 West 38th Street at Greengarden Boulevard, and may attend services there Friday at 9:30 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at Saint George Church at 10:00 a.m. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
