Surnames: Brodhead, Stroup
I recently learned of my family connection to Daniel Brodhead, son of Brig. Gen Daniel Brodhead. My great grandmother's grandmother Ellen (Brodhead) Stroup was the granddaughter of Gen. Brodhead. Have been trying to discover the name of Ellen's spouse. So far no luck.Ellen was a resident of and died in Philadelphia, Pa in the 1800's.
