Searching for Brody family from Russia. Brother and sister Julius and Beckie immigrated to the United States in the late 19th century and married into the BLOCK and LACOV families, both originally from Minsk.

Julius and Fannie Block had two children Harry and Meyer. After Fannie died, Julius remarried (Ester) and they had one daughter Frances. Julius was in the silk trade, as was his brother in-law Meyer Block.

Beckie and Jacob Lacov had three children: Sadie, Benjamin and Frances. Jacob Lacov was in the real estate business.

The Brody, Block and Lacov families settled in New York, mostly in Brooklyn, but also in Manhattan.
