I'm looking for a Clara Brooke who married a Thomas Royston.
they show up in the records circa 1790 in Essex County in a dispute over the estate of Philip Brooke. Other Brookes mentioned were Sarah (Sally), Eliza Brooke widow of Philip, Patty Pollard Brooke, Polly Carter Brooke, Jesse, Robert, Dickey and Hannah Parsons Brooke, all infants under the age of 21.
Does anyone know who these people were, and where this Thomas Royston was from?
