Our family descends from Henry de Brooke b. c1220 Ilchester, Somerset, England d. aft 1267. He m. Nichola Gonville. This line connects to the Tanfields of Gayton, Northamptonshire in the 15th C. & eventually descends to the illustrious Randolphs of colonial Virginia.
