Hi
Looking for an Edith M Brooklyn who was born in Wales around 1898 onwards. I've found an Edith M Brooklyn on the 1901 cenus but am unable to locate Birth Certificate. Can anyone help me locating one or maybe steer me in the right direction. I'm wondering if she was adopted - how do I go about finding information? Any help would be very much appreciated, before I tear my hair out!
