I believe, this Jno (short for Jonathan) Broom is being continually merged into 2 pathways. I have this JB leaving Romney WVA in 1794 for KY, with at least 2 sons, John and William. He was awarded 200 acres of Bounty Land in KY for his War Service. His birth is ambigous at best. But family probably originated from the Philly/Darby Penn. area. Could have been via MD, not yet certain. His War Service began early 1777.
