I am trying to find the descendents of these 3 brothers who were born in Co. Kilkenny, Ireland and emigrated to America. I am decended from their brother Denis who stayed in Ireland along with 4 other siblings. William is thought to have had Brophy college founded in his name by his Widow. James received the congrssional medal of honor and Michael is rumoured to have being the black sheep of the family and a bandit who drowned in the gulf of Mexico. However I have no evidence backing up these stories except family legends and would like to find out anything I can.
