My family's name used to be Brotherhood, but some time it changed to Brotherwood. I had heard family talk about the change when I was younger, but no one knows when it was. According to a 1920 census, it was listed as Brotherhood, but on my g-grandfather's (Francis) birthcertificate, it is Brotherwood.
