Here we are at the end of the year and the Brownell message board and Brownell mailing list have been very quiet. Hopefully you are so busy researching you haven't taken time to post.

I know this is a busy time with Christmas (MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE) and New Year's coming up.

One of John Hansen's wishes was to compile a data base of Brownell names. I have been working on that and would appreciate any information you may have. I don't want this to be just a list but would like to see it searchable. Therefore, I have been compiling a Brownell Family Tree in Family Tree Maker.

For sources I am using 3 Brownell books which I have found plus any others I may find. Please help me in this project by submitting your findings.
