I am the Great Grand daughter of James Marion Robert Frances Lee Brownfield and his wife Betty Newell. James was the son of Jasper P Brownfield. I am the grand daughter of James' daughter, Blanche Rachel Ellen Brownfield, married to Melvin George Cain. Jasper came from Pennsylvania, James was born in Missouri and lived in Newton County, Lake Village, Indiana. Jasper and his wife are buried in Kankakee County, Momence, Illinois, along with several of their children and grandchildren.
