I am looking for information about John Francis Bruckner b. Dec 1859 d. Dec 24, 1908. He was born in Newark, New Jersey and I have run into a brick wall and can't get past it. He married an Anna Maria (possibly Denninger) and also born in Newark. He and his wife are in the 1985 New Jersey census, but later that year, she gives birth to John Henry in St. Louis, MO who died six months later. They have two other children: Leona Therese born St. Louis in 1887. She later married Patrick Joseph Kelly about 1903 and they settled in Chicago. The second son of John and Anna was Joseph F. Bruckner born in 1899 in Chicago. For a few years they moved to Michigan, but came back to Chicago where they both died. I cannot find a birth certificate for him. The cencus in those days did not include children's names and I can't figure out who his parents were. Don't know why they left New Jersey in the first place and was wondering if their parents might have come with them. Any info would be appreciated.
