I think we can help eachother. My husband is a decendent of Willem Bruin. Willem's daughter Johanna told the story that Willem and Janna (his wife) came to the US traveling with Willems brother Fred and sister in law Clara. I found the records at Ellis Island for Willem and Janna. I did not see Fred and Clara. We are searching the same family though.
