My family came out of Blair (Bedford and Huntingdon Coo. in Pennsylvania. Have traced them back to Hagerstown Md. My branch is Harvey (b. 1925), son of Charles (b. 1894), son of Jacob Morris (b. 1864), son of Jacob who was a Civil War vet (125th Pa. Volunteers, b. 1836.)He also was the son of a Jacob (b. 1797), all the above from Pa. His father was George Yarrick Brumbaugh, who was born in Hagerstown,Md. 1761. He was the son of Johannes Heinrich of Md. but born in Germany. I'm anxious to fill in the gaps on the female side of the family. Names: Metzger, Clapper, Davis, Lockard. Any help appreciated.
