William Alex ELDER and wife, Carrie Iola (BRUNNER), both b. Penn., had known children: Frances b. 1900; Hermace Madeline b. ca. 1903; John. Hermace was in a foster home in Allegheny Co., Penn. in 1910. Where were parents and siblings in 1910? The 3 children were all in Mich. in the 1920s. Any clues deeply appreciated.
