GRIGGS 1789-1855 married 24 July 1814 New Jersey Sarah BRUSH born 1791/1800 NJ died before 1850 NJ, daughter of Timothy BRUSH Jr. and Catherine LANE. had at least two daughters Mary Smith GRIGGS born 1817/18 NJ married Garnett Bowditch ADRIAN and Catherine born 1819/20 NJ married Rev. Abraham Beech CARTER. 1830 census has 4 males 15<20, 2 females 10<15 so there are more children. They were in the 1830, 1840, and 1850 Middlesex Co., NJ census.
