*William Bryce (1773-1841) and *Mary Ellen (Orr)Bryce (1774-1845) are my 5th Great Grandparents; their son *James F. Bryce (b. NC 1806-1880) married *Eleanor "Nellie" Ray Sharpe are my 4th Great Grandparents (b. SC 1812-1879) listed in 1850 US census, Division 11, Carroll, Georgia with children *Wm (William), Jas, Mary, Geo, Jno, Nancy, Emily and Phelim all born in GA. *William Hiram Bryce (b. GA 1832-d.TX 1874) was a "Private", Captain Morris Company, F, Cobbs Legion of Georgia Volunteers in the Civil War; he married Francis M. S. A. Turner (b.GA 1834-d.TX 1874) are my 3rd Great grandparents. William and family are in 1870 US census, Precinct 3, Grayson, Texas - Wm H, wife Alletha and children *Verginia, Delia, James, Ann, Francis, Elizabeth (all born in GA), Wm b. TX abt 1867. *Sarah E. Virginia Bryce (b. GA 1853-d.OK 1930) married Augustus Coleman Cannon (b.GA 1839-d.unknown abt. 1888 or 1889) 8 DEC 1870, Grayson, TX (verified); they are my 2nd Great grandparents. Sarah had 16 children with 10 living in the 1900 US census Oklahoma. Her daughter *Lula Jane Cannon married Marion "Frank" Elder; 1st Great grandparents; where/when unknown.
