CATHERINE BUCKLES , Middleboro, KY April 19, 1974

Mrs. Catherine BUCKLES, age 84, of Natick, Massachusetts, passed away Tuesday, April 16, 1974, in Natick. Mrs. Buckles was a former resident of Middlesboro having moved to Natick in 1966.

Survivors include one son John Buckels of Mentor, Ohio; one daughter, Miss Vivian BUCKLES of Natick and eight grandchildren.

Local funeral; arrangements are incomplete at the Fulton and Essary Funeral Home.

WILLIAM H. BUCKELS

William H. Buckels of 415 South 34th Street, Middlesboro died in a local hospital February 5, at 4:45 p.m. at the age of 74 years. He was born in Bristol, Tenn., the son of Lee Roy and Isabel Buckels. He was married to Miss Catherine Manus in June 1914. He was formerly employed at Coalgood, KY., and retired from miming in 1952. Since his retirement he had made his home in Middlesboro and was a member of the Binghamtown Baptist Church. He was also a member of UMWA, Coalgood Union number 6645.

He is survived by his wife Mrs. Catherine Buckels of Middlesboro; son John Buckels Cleveland, Ohio; daughter Vivian Buckels of Boston Mass; four grandchildren.

Funeral services were held yesterday at 3 p.m. at the Binghamtown Baptist Church with the Rev. W. B. Bingham officiating. Burial was in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers were Donald W. Asher, Charles Owens, Tom Epperson, Walter Taylor, Harry Earle, Bill Evans and Cal Thomas. Flower bearers were family friends and song services were rendered by the Binghamtown Baptist Church Choir with Patsy Tennyson at the piano.

Cawood Funeral Home was in charge.
