Gee. 9 years since this message--are you still out there? Did you find your Buckinghams?
I have located MY William Buckingham (b. abt 1788) family in Filleigh, N. Devon (west of N. and S. Moulton). Wife: Grace. At least 3 of his children migrated to Wisconsin WI 1840-1860. So this would be a few generations before your ancestors existed.
