Surnames: BUCKINGHAM, WATKINS
This picture was identified as John BUCKINGHAM, the grandfather of Lozina Elizabeth WATKINS. It was taken in New Philadelphia (Tuscarawas Co.), Ohio. Lozina's mother, Rebecca (BUCKINGHAM) WATKINS was born in 1825, so this man would have had to be born in the early 1800's. I haven't been able to find any additional information on Rebecca or her family. Can anyone help? Thanks, Della
