I am a descendant of Silas and Sadie(Sarah). She preferred Sadie, my grandfather was her oldest son Mansford Thomas Wyles. He is the only one of his siblings to spell Wyles with a y. He told me that his mother named most of her children after her siblings, I met most of them as a child. Elisha, Ingram, Irvng, Harry, Hardie, Clyde, Clifford, Courtland, Edith, Ethel and Francis(Dot).
Their wedding certificate 30 Sept. 1904, Annapolis County lists Sadies' place of birth and her parents name, hope that is of use to you. Parents James Buckler and Marry Berry of Bear River. Groom listed as Silas Wilde. Alot of our family weddings,etc in Anna. County are written Wilde, a british name as the wile name was not known there(wrong Shore)census records usually say Wiles.
