I am interested in identifying Robert Buckles Sr.'s parents. Does anyone in our clan have some information to share, backed by family records or passed down tales? We are looking for a link that might lead to something concrete.
Please help if you can. How can we know so many stories about his journey to America and his arrival, and not know the names of his parents? Any of you with the reaccuring family names; were you told with whom they started?
