I am trying to trace a George Buckley b. C1916-1920 who could have been born in India (East Indies. In 1841 Census he was a Tailor in Savile Row. In subsequent Censuses he is married to Johanna (Hanns) who's maiden name could possibly be Whimshead. She was born C1827 in Ireland (no idea where). There are daughters Mary Ann, Dorothea and Agnes but the one I'm interested in is Elizabeth b. C1856 in London. She was my gt. grandmother. She married Frederick George Shepard in Whitechapel in 1876. The marriage certificate says that George Buckley was a tailor's cutter.
Frederick's father was also a tailor.

Any ideas how I check this lot out?
