Irene Belle Buckmaster (1866-1927)

She is my gg-grandmother. She was born 29 Oct 1866 in either IA or MO. She married David Hulsart Throckmorton on 05 Dec 1889 in OR. She died in Oct 1927 in Seattle, WA. Her mother's name might be Mary Frances Durant, but I know nothing about her father. I would like to find out more about her parents and/or siblings.

Do she and her parents fit into anyone's tree? Thanks for any information you can provide!

I have pictures of Robert whose father and mother were Joseph Buckmaster and Cyntha Maxwell B. They lived in Iowa. Robert had an older brother John Wilson born in 1857 in Kilbourne, Iowa.Robert was the youngest of four siblings. John W. Buckmaster son of George and Sarah Buckmaster was my father's uncle who was born in 1850 in Iowa. My father's name was Percy Allen Buckmaster. John W. married Susanna Bowles in 1872. She died in 1896. They had five children. 1. Lorah M., 2. Homer E., 3. Mabel S., 4. Nellie M., 5. Virgil. John may have married the second time but I don't this marriage lasted very long. I remember finding s listing of twin boys that may have been John's by this second marriage. I would like to know if anyone has information about them.

I had a Great Uncle named Robert Buckmaster, we all called him Robbie. I know he used to have a farm, but we don't know if he lost it to the IRS. As a young man, he was in the Navy and did work on the B&O railroads. He was married to my Great Aunt named Kim. She died of pneumonia in 1954. After that we lost touch with him.

Bucmaster triplets of Joseph A Bucmaster, York, NE

I am trying to find a birth announcement and an obituary for triplets born to Joseph A. Buckmaster and Ella M. (Selover) Buckmaster. According to Find A Grave, the triplets died June 30, 1889, and are buried in the Council Cemetery, York, Nebraska. The names are Earl, Perl, and Merl Buckmaster. They died a short time after birth.

These were siblings of my grandfather.

Do you have pictures of Marie or could you get some from her daughter that we could see? Would love to see what she looked like before she died.
Marie would have been my grandmothers cousin. Like Andrea said no one in our family really knew about her or knew what happened to her. I have some questions also about a picture that I have if her daughter could contact me. I am wondering who someone is in a picture with her.
I am also wondering if her children could give me some insight on our Chambers line and if they know when and where her father is buried and if they have some pictures of him that they could share?

Nora Buckmaster died in Ellis Kansas 06/10/1933 at 7 pm.in her home .She developed Pulmanary Tuberculosis.She was 65 yrs.7months and 13 days old. Her son James buckmaster gave all the details to the Dr. of her birth10/17/1867.Her fathers name was Jack Friley and her mothers name Mary Hartley.Nora was born in East Atchison Missouri.I would love to know any info about her and Henry's doughter Leta'which is my grandmother.I will be contacting Ellis cementary to see if Nora has a head stone ,if not my sister and I will try to provide one for her. I have a John Harding Buckmaster, born 1 Aug 1860 in Washington Township, Appanoose, Iowa. I show him as being married 8 Mar 1879 to a Ross (Rose?) Ellen Franklin. I don't know if that is correct or not. I have no record of any children from their marriage. His parents were Nancy Mary Watson and Robert Buckmaster.

I can't believe it - didn't think I would ever find any of Marie's children. I went to an Eaton reunion last year & nobody even knew about Marie ( Agnes'maiden name was Eaton) Would you please give Wanda my name & phone number - I would love to hear from her - don't know if she was the daughter I met around 1969 or not in Oklahoma City at Agnes' house. I also have pics of Marie & Agnes & Agnes' parents that I would love to share.

I just talked with Wanda (Buckmaster) Baker, which is my cousin. She confirmed that her Mother's maiden name was Chambers and she passed away in 1965. I know that she would like copies of the pictures if possible.

Hi - thanks for replying - Marie was my father's older sister, I found in notes that she married a Buckmaster from Ada, Ok. All I know is that she lived in Colorado, around 1968, I was staying with my grandmother, Agnes, in Oklahoma City & Marie's husband & daughter who was about 17 came to visit Agnes (Marie was deceased).

Marie lived in Sasakawa, Ok, she was born about 1915. I have pics of her when she was about 3 years & when she was about 12 years old.

Could this Marie Buckmaster be married to a Seth Andrew Buckmaster. Seth was by fathers brother. Their fathers name was Andrew Buckmaster.

1920 United States Federal Census shows a Claude V. Buckmaster, wife Cora M, sons Lloyd C. and Harry L. living in Defiance, Ohio. His occupation is given as electrician, place of business electric store. You might try searching other census records if you think this is not the correct Buckmaster.

p.s. Simon De Charms was a famous clock maker and was a master in his trade he was born in France but fled to england where he was drafted into the clock making industry. One of his clocks has just sold for a small fortune.

You are correct, my grandfather married Edith Witt on June 12th 1930 and had a daughter, Irene and lived in Coulsdon in Surrey at that time. That marriage did not last, and I know he had two daughters one of whom (Sylvia) died age 3years, from diptheria I believe. I do not know who their mother was. My grandfather married Deborah Fitton in December 1942, and they had three children, my mum (also Sylvia), Thomas Anthony, and Susan. Annie Elizabeth Brazendale is not a name I have come across, but if she is my great grandmother, then I am stumped about Sarah Ann. Apparently in 1933, Thomas William Senior, Sarah and Thomas William Junior (my grandfather) lived at 426 Chipstead valley Road, albeit this is not first hand information; I wonder then if Sarah was linked to my grandfather. I am facinated by the french link and would love to know more about De Charms.

Hello we are indeed related however some of our information differs. I do have a Thomas Wiliam Buckmaster in my family tree who was born in 1907 however I have him marrying an Edith I Witt however It looks like he also married Deborah Fitton also or maybe I had that first marriage wrong. I also have his father as Thomas William Buckmaster however I have your grandfathers mother as Annie Elizabeth Brazendale. Our ggreat grandparents match aswell. I do know that Thomas William your grandfathers father married twice first to Annie Elizabeth Brazendale in 1905 and he also married my great grandmother Beryl Griffiths in 1940 and had my nan Rose who used to know Mary Macer, May Gertrude's daughter. May Gertrude was Your grandfathers sister and my nan's half sister which would make my nan your grandfather's half sister also. My nan is your mothers half aunt and your half great aunt. Your Grandfather also had a brother Edward who died when he was 14 years old. I do not know of Thomas William marrying a Sarah Ann Shepherd but I have Thomas living with Annie in the 1911 census with your grandfather Thomas who was born in 1907 so I believe that it is Annie Elizabeth Brazendale that is your great grandmother and not Sarah Ann. I have some other info on the buckmasters for you if you are interested and can tell you that you have french blood william rivers father was William De Charmes Buckmaster, William De Charmes mother was Maria De Charmes and maria's ggreat grandfather was Simon De Charmes who was born in France and who was a Hugeounout (sorry for spelling).

Hi, my grandfather is Thomas William Buckmaster, born 1907. His father was Thomas William and his mother was Sarah Ann (nee Shepherd). My great-great greandfather was William Rivers Buckmaster, who married Mary Ann Limby. Looks like we are related.

My grampa by adoption was Robert L. Buckmaster of Ohio. He was from a farming family. Does anyone have any information or are related? He married my nana, Miriam Buckmaster in the 1960s when my mom was 12. I think he might have been married before. We do not have much information on him. He was in the navy and worked on railroads as a young man. His family farm was lost to the IRS.

William Rivers Buckmaster

I am trying to find out more information on my great great grandfather William Rivers Buckmaster he was born in 1860 in Shadwell (St George in the east). He married Mary Ann Sarah "Minnie" Limby in 1881. His Mother was gertrude eliza collings but I am unsure about who his father is. I have the name of his father on his marriage certificate as William Buckmaster (Full name William De Charms Buckmasters born in 1829 but I don't know where he was born all I know is that his father was John Buckmaster) but I am unsure if this is his real father as he was born six months before William and Gertrude married. I want to solve this mystery and go further back with the buckmaster line.

Her Father (my great grandfather) was Thomas William Buckmaster born in 1883 in bethnal green, London. His father was William Rivers Buckmaster and his mother was Mary Ann Sarah Limby. I am doing research for my son on his father's family. His paternal grandmother was Madlyn Elvira Buckmaster. She is related to a John Harding Buckmaster who was born 01 Aug 1860 in Iowa. George R. Buckmaster in Amarillo TX 1943

George is pictured in the yearbook of the 422nd Technical School Squadron at Amarillo Army Air Field in Amarillo, Texas. The 422nd produced mechanics and technicians to maintain the Flying Fortresses. I'm not kin but thought this might help someone researching family.

I attended a Buckmaster family reunion around 1980. My Grandfather was Howard E. Buckmaster. His brothers and sisters were Percy (lived in Sacramento), Harry, Lloyd, Perry, Esther, John, Julia, and George. They are the sons and daughters of Joseph Allen Buckmaster and Ella May Selover.
