I am trying to determine the ethnic background and find out more information about my ancestors. My great-great grandfather was Joe Buffalo from Campbell Station, TN. My great-grandfather was Samuel Buffalo from Knoxville, TN. My grandmother was Margaret Buffalo born in Peoria, IL. The family was so sparse and scattered it is difficult to find out much of anything. I would appreciate any help you could give me.
