Seeking information on an Emma Chamberlain (about 1824-1851), who married a Hiram C. Bull in about 1847, probably in Wisconsin. Who were her parents? Was Chamberlain her maiden name or the surname from a prior marriage?
Hiram Bull (1820-1879) was a Wisconsin lawyer, legislator and lumber dealer, then went to Kansas and established the town of Bull City (Alton), Osborne County, Kansas, in the 1870s. He was a legislator in Kansas, as well.
Emma was his second spouse. His first was Mary Johnson and his third was Sarah A. Fifield.
