This is a historic first, in that DNA has matched Ballard/Bullard families in the UK and the US. The two familes listed below share a common ancestor by DNA.

Please let me know if anyone has additional information on the early connections of these two lines. It is apparent that the connection is prior to William Ballard b. 1617 arrival to the Massachusetts Colony. The area of interest in the UK would be Weybread, Suffolk for the spelling Bullard.
