Joachim Bulow probably moved from Maryland and was in South Carolina prior to the Revolutionary War. He founded a Lutheran Church near Pomaria (Newberry Co) SC in 1761. After the War he moved to Charleston, SC where he died in the 1790's. Looking for information as to whom he married and other family connections. He was tied into our family as either a very close friend or perhaps by marriage via Thomas Appleton who died 1782 in South Carolina. Any ideas/hints would be greatly appreciated!
