Thanks, Checked onit tonight and this person cannot be the one I am looking for. My Herman Bunk had a son John J Bunk born in 1860. This says my Herman is at least 13 years older than the one in this census. The interesting part is both families lived in Wisconson prior to living in Kansas and they both came from Prussia. Also they are using the same names John, Christine, Herman. I would suspect that they are related some way. It could be my Herman is your John Bunck's younger brother. John J was born in Casper WY. He lived later in Eagle Creek, KS and died in Emporia, KS. His children were born in Eagle Creek, KS and most lived later in Emporia.
