Hi, yes I do know quite a lot about the Bunny family - Annette Laura Bunny was my great grandmother. I can tell you that Brice met Marie when she was governess to his sister Clara Hopkinson, in London, when Brice was a barrister at Lincoln's Inn. He became engaged and then he went to Australia, firstly to prospect for gold and then, when that was unsuccessful became a barrister, and late county court judge, and finally commissioner for titles. He sent for Marie when he had established his law practice and they were married in St Kilda on 19 January 1856. There was another Bunny brother - Arthur, who became a Major General R.A. and was much of his career in India. Edward was the first to emigrate, and worked I think for the supreme court, but I do not know if he ever married. He died in 1877. It would be interesting to compare notes and maybe fill in some gaps.
