Hi,
I have also been searching for info on the Bunny family. I have some info about Brice Frederick Bunny who was born in Newbury, Berkshire UK, in 26/1/1820. He had 2 brothers- Henry (1822-91), Edward (1821). Their father was Jere Brice Bunny (1788-1854)who was a solicitor & their mother's name was Clara Slocock (1789-1835). Brice became a lawyer, & met & married Marie Hedwig Dorothea Wulsten in Prussia 19/6/1856 & emigrated to Australia shortly after (then having at least 7 children- Hermann Brice Frederick, Annette Laura, George Arthur Benedictus, Alice Frances Clara, Rupert Charles Wulsten, Hilda Eleanor Marie & Brice Eric Victor). He had settled in St. Kilda, a suburb of Melbourne & became Mayor of St. Kilda, & later on lawyer here too, while Edward & Henry emigrated to New Zealand. Henry went on to become a banker & solicitor, I believe. He also owned large amounts of land in the Masterton area of New Zealand. Henry married Catherine Baker at about 1844 & they had at least 8 children- Henry(1845), Arthur Rigby(1846), Katherine Laura(1848), Isabella Mary(1849), Frederick John(1850), Charles Edward(1855), Eleanor Caroline(1860) & Edmund Percival(1864). I'm not sure what happened to Edward.
