Found in the 1830 census Miami twnshp, Hamilton Co.,OH, film M19_132, pg. 318, line #7 (household #86):

John Bunts 1 male 10-under 15, 1 male 60-under 70, and 1 female 50-under 60; total in hsehld 3, 1 person was deaf & dumb.

I did not find any Bunts in Hamilton Co. in 1850. I did find a Mary Buntz, age 3 (1846?) b.OH, living with Wengel Buntz 53, b. Germany, & John Buntz 5, b.OH; film M432_691, pg. 195, line 94. This is Cincinnati, ward 11.

Also in 1850, there was a Mary Bunts in Brighton twnshp, Lorain Co., OH, age 12, b.OH; living w/Isaac 5?, farmer b. NY, and Lovina 45 b.MA, and Rufus Birch, age 3, b.NY. Film M432_705, pg. 299.
