I am researching the Burbage family which flourished in Yeovil, Somerset, England in the nineteenth century. The oldest member of the family I can find is Osman Burbage (perhaps this is the maiden name of a female ancestor?) who married Martha Symonds in Yeovil in 1785. The family stayed in Yeovil for several generations, the last information I have being c 1930. I would be pleased to get in touch with anyone who is interested in the family or who can suggest where they came from or where they went to.
