Simeon is not a common name. I have one reference to him which may not help but you might try it. In 1981 Paula J. Richards, 408 Keeling Ave., Derry, PA 15627 wrote that she was looking for information about Simeon Burd. She supplied no information except she thought he died in the Philadelphia area.
