I have been researching the Bureaus (the family did change their name to Burean). I need info about Louis J. Bureau who married Elizabeth Rehse in Detroit in 1877. Louis reports being born in MA (Jan 1858 but who knows how accurate that is) with his parents being born in Canada. They had 7 children, but I believe Clarence died before 1900. One son (Louis H.) was born in Ohio in 1880. There was a daughter, Elizabeth, born before him, but I can find no record for her other than a mention in Louis J.'s obit in 1926. I would love to find any records of other family. I am related through his wife's sister.
