I believe the date should be 1800 not 1900, George is the son of my husbands many Greats grandfather Peter Burgar, My husbands family is form another son Joseph. the family was also UEL and moved to Canada in 1790 for New Jersy area.
to date I do not have any of George and Dorothy's family

Looking for any info on Francis G. Burger b.04-3-1826 In Canandaiqua,Ontario, Ny. M. Hettie Ann Stuck.
Hettie Ann & Francis are my ggggrandparents. They had a son Named Douglas Who was married to Annice Johnson.
Douglas and Annice had a daughter named Elmo who m. my ggrandfather Henry V. Pfeuffer.any help on these names would be great.

I have an 1880 Census of Michael Burgar married to Julia. I believe she later marries my ggrandfather John Lafond. Michael and Julia have 4 children listed, two girls named Julia 7 years apart, Benjamin and Michael. Any one with information about this family please contact me.

Peter Burgar in New Jersey

According to their headstones, Peter Burgar
and his wife Anna Nelson left England, and
settled in New Jersey where their family was
born, then moved to the Welland Ontario area
in the late 1700s. I have info on most of the
family, but would like to trace their eldest
son, John, who was believed to have stayed in
New Jersey when the rest of the family moved.

George Burgar married Dorothy Mabee and lived
in Fort Erie around 1900. If anyone knows
anything about their descendants, I would
welcome any info on them.
Dorothy was the daughter of Lewis Mabee, or
Maybee, a UEL.
