I am trying to locate relatives or genealogy for Ruben (Rubin) Burgin. First accounting I have is he worked on the Old Fort Plantation in western NC. He eventually ended up on the Greens River Plantation in western NC as well. Any information that can be provided is greatly appreciate, especially any potential slave records.
