I have a book entitled "History of York County, Penn., Illustrated 1886" by John Gibson, Historical Editor, and there is an article in the book about a J. De Burkarte. Most of the dates are from 1760-1800's. If anyone would like a copy of this article you can contact me at Hitchheick@aol.com
