If you e-mail me direct I will send you a file called amhurst.doc. It is a transcript of courthouse records from the pre revolutioon period to after that time. I do not know if it is relevant to your side of the family tree but I will share it with you. I am not from the Burrus line I own the Burrus family cemetary. I am just fascinated by this family and the lives they lived here where I now live. I also have found a descendant from Joseph Burrus here in our neighboring vounty. I will give you his e-mail as well so you may contact him. He has an extensive file on the family tree.
