Ann, my GGG Robert Burt born Dunfermline in 1827. I believe that is Fifeshire. Married Helen (Ellen?) emigrated to USA around 1854. To Pennsylvania briefly then to Wisconsin where he raised his family and died in 1912.

Any connection?
