I believe this Donas Burt was my husband's uncle. He left GA and went to Texas where he settled and lived until his death. He was the son of Moses Burt & Mary Elizabeth Robinson Burtwho lived in Dawson Co., GA. Another brother, Jim Burt also settled in Texas. David Melvin Burt, their brother lived in TX for a time and then moved on to Idaho, then CA. then back to GA & finally died in Washington State.
