MRS LUTHER BURTON
HOBART-Services for Mrs LUTHER BURTON, 72, former Kiowa
countian who died in Newton, Kan, Saturday were in the Gish
chapel here.
Mrs BURTON, born May 13,1876, in Ellsworth, Ark, came to
Kiowa county, to a farm in the Con.8 communtiy, in October,
1901, and lived there until going to San Antonio in 1936. She
moved to Newton in 1943.
She is sruvived by two daughters, Mrs Carl Helen, Roosevelt;
Miss Opal BURTON, Newton; and four sons, Coy, Don, Ray and
Rex, all of Newton.
